Yoga for 50+According to an article that quotes experts in the field,  there are many benefits to practicing Yoga if you’re over 50.  From increasing your body movement without the strain, increasing your flexibility, promoting good bone health and keeping your mind sharp.

Consider joining a free Yoga for 50+ program at the Four Villages Community Health Centre located at their Dundas Site.
