Staying hydrated is one of the most important ways to keep your body healthy in the heat.  As we age, our sense of thirst lessens, often causing older adults to not realize they’re thirsty until it’s too late.

Drinking enough water every day is one of the smartest, simplest ways to keep the body functioning properly.

Be aware of the signs of dehydration for yourself and use these tips to keep cool throughout the summer — and don’t forget to take that water bottle wherever you go!
