Client Satisfaction Survey Results for 2016

Our 2016 client satisfaction survey results have been tallied and summarized into a detailed report.  A huge thank you to all clients that participated to help us continually improve our services.

The surveys were conducted by several outstanding volunteers and reported anonymously. The 2016 client satisfaction survey was developed in order to give clients and caregivers the opportunity to provide direct and measurable feedback to WTSS. The results are used to help steer the organization forward by evaluating and improving services as well as identifying areas for new programming.

Overall, the results were very positive and is a reflection of the satisfied clients and caregivers who used our services in 2016.   The majority of clients are satisfied with WTSS’ services and feel that services help them remain independent at home.   Clients also feel they are treated courteously by WTSS staff and that they feel safe when receiving services.
