Please keep us informed about your opinions for 2017. Contact West Toronto Support Services any time you have constructive criticism or positive remarks regarding any of our services or staff. We’re also open to feedback on our news blog, newsletter and ways we can better communicate with you.
For a complaint or concern, you may:
1) Speak to your program Coordinator and have them help resolve the issue. They will fill out a complaint form for you if necessary. OR,
2) Complete a Complaint/Concern Form available on our website and submit it to the Manager of Operations and Development at firstname.lastname@example.org or call (416) 653- 3535 Ext. 234. You can read more about our Complaints Policy online or request a copy from your Coordinator.
We encourage you to submit any compliments you may have about the agency. Whether about a service, staff or a volunteer. You may submit a compliment to the Coordinator of your service or to the Manager of Operations and Development at (416) 653–3535 Ext. 234 or email@example.com. If possible, please have your compliment in writing.
