Our offices and washrooms are wheelchair accessible.

The Customer Service Standard

This is the first standard developed under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disability Act (AODA). It sets out the obligations for businesses and organizations to provide goods and services in a way that is accessible to people with disabilities.

West Toronto Support Services (WTSS) recognizes and understands that people have disabilities with different needs and has complied with the Customer Service Standard to ensure all people, communities and businesses can fully participate in our services.

Accessibility Plan

WTSS is dedicated to identifying and removing barriers that limit and restrict the ability of the individuals that we support from fully accessing any WTSS locations and the communities in our catchment area. As a result, WTSS has developed an Accessibility Plan is to identify and address accessibility issues at WTSS locations, as well as in the community.

Cultural Competency & Diversity Plan

West Toronto Support Services (WTSS) is committed to demonstrating an awareness of, respect for, and attention to the diversity of the people with whom it interacts (clients, staff, volunteers, families/caregivers, and other stakeholders) that are reflected in attitudes, organizational structures, policies, and services.

Cultural Competency & Diversity Plan

Addresses how WTSS will respond to the diversity of its stakeholders as well as how the knowledge, skills, and behaviours will enable personnel to work effectively cross culturally by understanding, appreciating, and respecting differences and similarities in beliefs, values, and practices within and between cultures.
