Client satisfaction is a primary goal of all services delivered by West Toronto Support Services (WTSS). We are always interested to hear your feedback to assist us in improving our services.

Please contact us any time you have constructive criticism or positive remarks regarding any of our programs or staff.

Complaints
For a complaint or concern, you may:

1)  Speak to your program Coordinator and have them help resolve the issue. They will fill out a complaint form for you if necessary.

           OR,

2)  Complete a Complaint/Concern Form and submit it to the Manager of Operations and Development at feedback@wtss.org or (416) 653- 3535 Ext. 234.  You can read more about our Complaints Policy.

Compliments
We encourage you to submit any compliments you may have about the agency. Whether about a service, staff or a volunteer.

If possible, please have your compliment in writing.
