1. How can I qualify for the Income Tax Clinic?
To qualify for this service, you must meet eligibility criteria above and meet the income thresholds posted by Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) .
2. Where is it held?
Our Income Tax clinic is held at 1709 Bloor St. West. It is a 2 minute walk from the Keele TTC Subway station.
3. When should I call if I want to participate in this clinic?
Please call in late February and early March to book your appointment.
4. Who helps with the income tax forms?
This program is provided in part with the assistance of The Community Volunteer Income Tax Program (CVITP) whose objective is to help eligible taxpayers who do not know how to prepare their income tax and benefit returns, and who have low to modest income and a simple tax situation. The CVITP is a collaboration between the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) and community organizations who host tax preparation clinics and arrange for volunteers to prepare the returns.
